Our newly renovated 1975 horse trailer, turned into a mobile bartending service is sure to make your party or event one that is never forgotten!

Pappy Hour Mobile Bar, is A father-daughter duo with a passion for great drinks and even better company. “Pappy” is our dad—a nod to the legendary and hard-to-find Pappy Van Winkle bourbon—and as his only daughter, our bond is truly one-of-a-kind. We’re both outgoing, love spending time with family, and believe any celebration is better with the right cocktail in hand.

Pappy Hour was born from that spirit of connection and fun, brought to life in a renovated 1975 horse trailer turned mobile bar. With a clean, gender-neutral design that fits any occasion, we’re here to bring great energy, stylish service, and unforgettable drinks to your big day. We can’t wait to party with you!

MEET THE OWNER

CARLY

Carly, a Mocksville, North Carolina native, graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Nutrition & Food Service Management while cheering for the Mountaineers for four years. She loves her family, friends, shopping, traveling, fine dining, and—most importantly—her cocktails (especially a perfectly chilled martini!).

While most people know Pappy as the elusive Pappy Van Winkle bourbon, in our family, “Pappy” means much more—it’s part of the face of our business. We’re a father-daughter duo who share a love of great cocktails and good times, and we can’t wait to bring that energy to your celebration.
