Pappy Hour is a mobile bartending service on wheels!

Please note that, by law in North Carolina, we cannot purchase alcohol on your behalf—you provide the alcohol, and we’ll take care of everything else! We know every celebration is unique, so we offer custom menus for weddings, showers, graduation parties, private gatherings, or even a backyard get-together. We can also personalize cups, napkins, and décor to make your day extra special.

Do you have your LLC?

Yes, through the state of North Carolina, we have our LLC for Pappy Hour.

Do you provide Bartenders?

Yes, we do provide two certified bartenders with every booking, depending on the size of the event.

Do you sell alcohol?

Legally, in the state of North Carolina, we are not able to resale. We can serve any type of Beer, Wine, and Liquor. We offer multiple beer coolers and a wine chiller. If you are interested in nonalcoholic mocktails we can most certainly accommodate you

What do you provide?

We can provide ice if needed, but we can also use ice provided by your venue. We can provide cups, napkins, stir sticks, mixers, and garnishes. Each individual contract can be customized for your specific needs, and pricing will vary depending on your requests.

What is your pricing?

Our event packages begin at 100-150 dollars per hour. This pricing will vary depending on the event location and your custom requests.

What is included in the booking?

We operate on a 2-hour minimum. We require an hour before and after for set up and break down. Pappy Hour includes the trailer, two bartenders, custom décor, a drink menu, beer coolers, wine chiller and a water station.
